This site is operated by PORSSE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202630563G), a company registered in Singapore, trading as PORSSE at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #13-12, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm it and take payment. If a product is unavailable, or if a price or description turns out to be wrong, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.
We sell to customers in Singapore only, and deliver within Singapore only.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars. Prices shown on the product pages are the prices you pay; delivery is free island-wide.
PORSSE PTE. LTD. is not GST-registered, so no GST is charged on your order. The price shown against each product is the full amount you pay — there is nothing added at checkout.
Payment is taken online by PayNow or card through our payment provider, or arranged directly with us over WhatsApp. We never see or store your full card details.
Made-to-order items
The Adjustable Mattress & Frame is built to your specification. It is confirmed with a S$500 deposit, with the balance payable on delivery. Because it is made for you, the deposit becomes non-refundable once we begin production — see our Refund & Return Policy.
The Porsse Executive Boss Chair is supplied in the configuration you select at checkout.
Warranty
Mattresses carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing and structural defects. The Porsse Executive Boss Chair carries a 2-year warranty. Warranty cover, and what falls outside it, is set out in the Refund & Return Policy.
The warranty covers the original purchaser at the original delivery address and is not transferable.
You can register your warranty at porsse.com/warranty. Registration is optional and does not affect your statutory rights, but it makes a claim faster.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. If goods do not conform to contract, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund regardless of anything stated here.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the courts of Singapore.
