What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and postal code, and any delivery notes you give us. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we hold that conversation.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Card and PayNow payments are handled entirely on our payment provider's own secure page; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a payment reference.
Why we use it
To take payment, deliver your order, arrange mattress disposal if you asked for it, honour the warranty, and answer your questions. We also keep order records to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
If you register a warranty, we keep the product, purchase date and your contact details so we can verify and service a future claim.
Who we share it with
Our payment provider, Stripe (Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd.), to take payment. Our delivery team, to bring the order to your address. Google Analytics, which receives anonymous usage data about how the site is browsed — never your name, address or order details.
Stripe is an international payment company and may process your payment data outside Singapore, under contractual protections required by the Personal Data Protection Act. You can read how Stripe handles data at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use two kinds of cookie, and nothing else.
Essential: a single session cookie remembers what is in your order while you shop. Checkout cannot work without it. It holds no personal information and no tracking identifier, and it expires when you close your browser.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, roughly which city they are in, and what device and browser they use. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to recognise a returning browser. It does not tell us who you are, and we never combine it with your order details.
Your IP address is shortened before it is stored, and we do not enable Google's advertising or remarketing features. Google processes this data on our behalf; see policies.google.com/privacy for how Google handles it.
If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or install Google's official opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to shop or check out.
How long we keep it
Order and warranty records are kept for the life of the 10-year warranty plus any period required by Singapore tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to our using it. Email hello@porsse.com and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer deliver an order or honour a warranty claim.
Security and contact
This site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and order records are stored where they cannot be reached from the public internet.
